Tayla has obtained her degree in Social Science and took a special interest in working with children. She has gained experience in children’s counselling and play therapy. She went on to complete her Honours degree in Psychology where her research was focused on exploring the nature of addiction. She has developed a passion for substance use prevention and intervention programmes. She has worked extensively in schools within marginalised communities.
Tayla is an advocate for mental health and social upliftment with a visible love for people and the therapeutic process. Tayla’s non-judgmental and empathetic attitude enables her to establish healthy relationships with her clients; facilitating growth and creating hope. She has experience in working with children, adolescents and adults in various settings by gently guiding them through the obstacles in their lives.
